Sweet potato is a wonderful word. It’s called sweet potatoes for its sweet
taste. Some people say sweet potato is
red potato. The English synonym of the potato comes from the Spanish word patata.
Many of us have the idea that potato means starch. It's bad idea. Potato sweets contain all the magical ingredients. Potatoes do not contain fat. Potatoes contain a sufficient amount of:

kg per year. Even though I don't know how much sweet potato eats, I know that
the smell of eating sweet potato starts from picking it from the ground to
