Sweet potato is a wonderful word.  It’s called sweet potatoes for its sweet taste.  Some people say sweet potato is red potato. The English synonym of the potato comes from the Spanish word patata.

Many of us have the idea that potato means starch. It's bad idea. Potato sweets contain all the magical ingredients. Potatoes do not contain fat. Potatoes contain a sufficient amount of:

  5. ·         Water and

 Potatoes are as delicious as they are easy to eat. Potatoes are boiled, burned, cooked, as a curry, and a variety of other delicacies are made, including powdered bread. Every person in the world knows how many kg of potatoes he eats on an average of 30 kg per year. Even though I don't know how much sweet potato eats, I know that the smell of eating sweet potato starts from picking it from the ground to bringing it home. Boiled potatoes are easily digested by beta carotene and lower blood sugar.

Sweet potato is called sweet potato. There are sweet potatoes of different colors, red, white, colorful, so the botanists have named it Ibonia batatas. If I say sweet potato is beneficial for diabetics. Many may be surprised. Yes, but research has proven. Truly sweet potatoes balance the body very slowly and ensure the quality of the diabetic patient's sugary diet.

1. Prevents Vitamin A Deficiency

Beta carotene is converted to vitamin A. In our organisms and each molecule of beta carotene gives rise to two molecules of vitamin A. Which are necessary for the body to fight against various infections and to be resistant to future infections.
